Objective: Professional activation 160os. (88K;72M) aged 30 and over, unemployed (unemployed and inactive) living in the Łódź Voivodeship, who are in a particularly difficult labour market situation, i.e.: persons aged 50 and over, long-term unemployed, women, persons with disabilities, low-skilled persons and unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the above-mentioned group, through the implementation of proj. support consisting of elements tailored to the individual needs of the participants, including: identification of needs and preparations. IPD, ICT training and profession according to labour market needs, internships and placements, carried out in the period from 01/02/2020 to 31/08/2021. Tasks: 1 Identification of needs along with development of IPD, 2. Training on the basics of computer use, 3. Vocational training, 4. Internships, 5. Placement of labour. As a result of the project, at least 30 % of participants will obtain professional qualifications, and at least 45 %/60 % will take up employment after the end of their participation in the project with employment efficiency. (88K;72M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej, pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo) zamieszkujących woj. łódzkie, które znajdują się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, długotrwale bezrobotne, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach oraz bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49l., którzy nie należą do ww. gr., poprzez realizację wsparcia proj. obejmującego elementy dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników, w tym: identyfikację potrzeb i przygotow. IPD, szkolenia ICT i zawod. zg. z potrzebami rynku pracy, staże oraz pośrednictwo pracy, realiz. w okresie od 1.02.2020 do 31.08.2021 r. Zadania: 1 Identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem IPD, 2. Szkolenia z podstaw obsługi komputera, 3. Szkolenia zawodowe, 4. Staże zawodowe, 5. Pośrednictwo pracy.
