The project consists of purchasing a rescue and firefighting car for the Voluntary Fire Service in Głowno in order to improve fire protection and support the National Rescue and Firefighting System. The new car will complement the existing equipment of the unit. The TSO in Głowno currently has two medium-sized firefighters (GBARt 2.5/16 Star 4x2 from 2004 and GBARt 2.5/16 Iveco 4x2 from 2007). Parameters of the car purchased: heavy-duty car (GCBA)? water tank capacity: min. 7000 dm³ drive min. 4x4? power: min. 240 kW? autopump: A32/8-2.5/40 Rescue equipment and equipment will be provided with the car. The implementation of the project also includes tasks related to its preparation (development of a feasibility study) and management and promotion. The detailed technical specification of the equipment is set out in Chapter III.1.4. Feasibility study (p. 13 et seq.). The target group of the project is all people staying in the municipality and the city of Głowna: residents of the commune and the city (19 615 people),? tourists, all passing through the area of Głowno. The direct recipients of the project will be members of the TSO unit in Głowno (101 persons, of which 32 persons have the power to carry out rescue and firefighting operations). The beneficiaries of the project include entrepreneurs operating in Głowna, local government authorities and other TSO units from the municipality of Głowno and the Zgierski district, to which the Applicant provides support during operational activities, as well as the District Headquarters of the PSP in Zgierz. Projekt polega na zakupie samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Głownie w celu poprawy ochrony przeciwpożarowej i wsparcia Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo-Gaśniczego. Nowy samochód będzie stanowił uzupełnienie dotychczasowego wyposażenia jednostki. OSP w Głownie dysponuje obecnie dwoma średnimi pojazdami ratowniczo-gaśniczymi (GBARt 2,5/16 Star 4x2 z 2004 roku oraz GBARt 2,5/16 Iveco 4x2 z 2007 roku). Parametry kupowanego samochodu: ? samochód ciężki (GCBA) ? pojemność zbiornika wody: min. 7 000 dm3 ? napęd min. 4x4 ? moc: min. 240 kW ? autopompa: A32/8-2,5/40 Wraz z samochodem dostarczony zostanie sprzęt i wyposażenie ratownicze. Realizacja projektu obejmuje również zadania związane z jego przygotowaniem (opracowanie studium wykonalności) oraz zarządzaniem i promocją. Szczegółową specyfikację techniczną sprzętu zawiera rozdział III.1.4. Studium wykonalności (s. 13 i nast.). Grupę docelową projektu stanowią wszystkie osoby przebywające na terenie gminy i miasta Głowna: ? mieszkańcy gminy i miasta (19 615 osób), ? turyści, ? wszyscy przejeżdżający przez teren Głowna. Bezpośrednimi odbiorcami projektu będą członkowie jednostki OSP w Głownie (101 osób, z czego uprawnienia do prowadzenia działań ratowniczo-gaśniczych posiadają 32 osoby). Wśród beneficjentów projektu wymienić należy także przedsiębiorców prowadzących działalność na terenie Głowna, organy administracji samorządowej oraz inne jednostki OSP z gminy Głowno i powiatu zgierskiego, którym Wnioskodawca udziela wsparcia podczas działań operacyjnych, a także Komendę Powiatową PSP w Zgierzu. Oprócz głównego zadania jakim jest zakup samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z wyposażeniem projekt będzie obejmował: wykonanie studium wykonalności, zarządzenie projektem oraz wykonanie promocji (wykonanie plakatów i naklejek na samochód).
