The investment consists of the purchase of: a heavy-duty rescue and firefighting vehicle on a 6x6 drive chassis with equipment for the TSO in Brzezinach. Since May 2009, this unit has been incorporated into the KSRG, and since 2015 it was also included in the Voivodship Firefighting Company “Tomaszów”. It should be noted that until 2009. The TSO in Brzeziny belonged to one of the most active units in the Brest district. This is due, for example, to the fact that the area of Brzeziny is characterised by the highest number of fires and local hazards among all district municipalities (37 % of all events). The purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting car for TSOs in Brzeziny is a priority project for many reasons. This unit has only 1 tank wagon (2500 l) and, with a low hydrant network in the town of Brzeziny and the municipality of Brzeziny, this creates an increased risk of increased losses and reduces the safety of residents. Only 1 car with a large water tank is available in the brzeziński district. It belongs to the TSO in Jeżów, but it is a 30-year-old, serviced and very emergency vehicle. In addition, the car to be purchased will be the first one to have a powder module in the district, which will enable the operation of live equipment fires. Celem głównym projektu jest przeciwdziałanie powstawaniu zagrożeń środowiskowych w mieście Brzeziny i województwie łódzkim, a także zmniejszanie ich skutków. Do celów szczegółowych projektu zaliczyć należy: •szybką i skuteczną likwidację skutków klęsk żywiołowych •skuteczne prowadzenie działań z zakresu ratownictwa drogowego, technicznego, ekologicznego, itp. •likwidacja miejscowych zagrożeń •zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa oraz poczucia bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców gminy, powiatu oraz województwa, w tym osób niepełnosprawnych. Inwestycja polega na zakupie: ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo–gaśniczego na podwoziu z napędem 6x6 wraz z wyposażeniem na potrzeby OSP w Brzezinach. Jednostka ta od maja 2009r. została włączona do KSRG, a od 2015r. włączona również do Wojewódzkiej Kompanii Gaśniczej „Tomaszów”. Należy zaznaczyć, że do 2009r. OSP w Brzezinach należała do jednych z najaktywniejszych jednostek na terenie powiatu brzezińskiego. Wynika to choćby z faktu, iż teren miasta Brzeziny charakteryzuje się największą ilością pożarów oraz zagrożeń miejscowych spośród wszystkich gmin powiatu (37% wszystkich zdarzeń). Zakup ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo–gaśniczego dla OSP w Brzezinach jest przedsięwzięciem priorytetowym z wielu powodów. Omawiana jednostka posiada tylko 1 wóz ze zbiornikiem wodnym (2500 l) i przy słabo rozwiniętej sieci hydrantów w mieście Brzeziny i gminie Brzeziny stwarza to podwyższone ryzyko zwiększonych strat oraz zmniejsza bezpieczeństwo mieszkańców. Na terenie powiatu brzezińskiego jest w dyspozycji tylko 1 wóz z dużym zbiornikiem wody. Należy on do OSP w Jeżowie, ale jest to pojazd 30–letni, wysłużony i bardzo awaryjny. Dodatkowo, planowany do zakupu wóz będzie pierwszym dysponującym modułem proszkowym w powiecie, co umożliwi prowadzenie akcji podczas pożarów urządzeń pod napięciem. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi są głównie mieszkańcy miasta Brzeziny, ale również powiatu brzezińskiego oraz województwa łódzkiego, w przypadku wystąpienia dużych zagrożeń. (Polish)
