The objectives of the project reflect the defined needs of stakeholders and have been defined by measurable indicators in line with the objectives of the 2014-2020 ROP (output and result indicators). The project provides emission reductions as avoided emissions (new installation) in order to achieve strategic objectives through the production of energy from renewable sources (compliant with SZOOP). Zakres rzeczowy: budowa instalacji oze (fotowoltaicznych szt. 2) wraz z okablowaniem, monitoringiem i innymi elementami infrastruktury towarzyszącej oraz promocja projektu. Moce zainstalowane w projekcie (2 x 498,96 kW), ilość wytworzonej energii w projekcie (2 x 522,00 MWh/rok). Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami strategicznymi rozwoju woj. oraz celami gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym przede wszystkim zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych gazów, podwyższenie poziomu ochrony środowiska. Instalacja będzie podłączona do istniejącej sieci operatora. Podmiot zarządzający infrastrukturą (wnioskodawca) na mocy umowy z operatorem będzie w całości odprowadzał energię z instalacji do sieci. Celem działań w projekcie jest budowa instalacji i uruchomienie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i ograniczenie emisji CO2, wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii, przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną i zmniejszenie udziału energetyki konwencjonalnej. Cele projektu odzwierciedlają zdefiniowane potrzeby interesariuszy i zostały określone mierzalnymi wskaźnikami zgodnie z celami RPO WŁ 2014-2020 (wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu). Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (w okresie trwałości 3 lat od daty płatności końcowej). Projekt zapewnia ograniczenie emisji jako emisja uniknięta (nowa instalacja) służąc realizacji celów strategicznych poprzez produkcję energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (zgodność z SZOOP). W projekcie zachowano zasady koncepcji projektowania uniwersalnego (dbałość aby efekty projektu w jak największym stopniu były użyteczne dla wszystkich interesariuszy projektu). Grupę docelową projektu stanowi – wnioskodawca (użytkownik). Status przedsiębiorstwa wnioskodawcy (MŚP). Wnioskodawca uprawniony do otrzymania wsparcia. Projekt zgodny z zasadami pomocy publicznej.
