O projeto formativo visa incrementar a formação e qualificação profissional de jovens provenientes do sistema de ensino e de inativos, contribuindo para o aumento de técnicos com qualificação adequada na RAA. Visa igualmente a criação de mecanismos que facilitem a inserção profissional dos diplomados, sobretudo através da FCT, que lhes proporciona o contato e o envolvimento com empresas/instituições que são potenciais entidades empregadoras. The training project aims to increase the vocational training and qualification of young people from the education and inactive systems, contributing to the increase of technicians with adequate qualification in the AAR. It also aims to create mechanisms to facilitate the professional integration of graduates, especially through the FCT, which provides them with contact and involvement with companies/institutions that are potential employers.
