The aim of the project is to purchase an innovative advisory service provided by the Business Environment Unit in the field of development of IT systems for the management of the enterprise, indicating appropriate recommendations and their implementation and services in the field of development of financial strategy. The project will be implemented in the Applicant’s production plant located in the Łódź Voivodeship located in 96-111 Kowiesy, Chojnata 23A. Five tasks are planned under the project: Activity 1. Acquisition of advisory services in the field of Support in the development of an IT production management system Task 2 Purchasing an advisory service in the field of development and implementation of an IT customer relationship management system Task 3: Purchase of an advisory service in the field of Financial Strategy Development Task 4. Implementation of a dedicated production process management system Task 5. Implementation of a dedicated system for customer relationship management Indicators Number of enterprises receiving support (CI01): 1 pcs. Number of enterprises receiving grants (CI02): 1 pcs. Cel Celem projektu jest zakup innowacyjnej usługi doradczej świadczonej przez Jednostkę Otoczenia Biznesu w zakresie opracowania informatycznych systemów do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem wraz ze wskazaniem odpowiednich rekomendacji oraz ich wdrożenie oraz usługi w zakresie opracowania strategii finansowej. Projekt będzie realizowany w zakładzie produkcyjnym Wnioskodawcy znajdującym się na terenie Województwa Łódzkiego zlokalizowanym w 96-111 Kowiesy, Chojnata 23A. W ramach projektu zaplanowano pięć zadań: Zadanie 1. Zakup usługi doradczej w zakresie Wsparcie w opracowaniu informatycznego systemu zarządzania produkcją Zadanie 2 Zakup usługi doradczej w zakresie Wsparcie w opracowaniu i wdrożeniu informatycznego systemu zarządzania relacjami z klientem Zadanie 3: Zakup usługi doradczej w zakresie Opracowania strategii finansowej Zadanie 4. Wdrożenie dedykowanego systemu do zarządzania procesami produkcyjnymi Zadanie 5. Wdrożenie dedykowanego systemu do zarządzania relacjami z klientem Wskaźniki Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (CI01): 1 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (CI02): 1 szt.
