Project (P) “Active Lubuszanie-grandchild in good hands” is a response to the problem described in the 2020 ROP-Lubuskie, i.e. socio-occupational exclusion and poverty. Using the social and professional file model in the family environment, it gives the opportunity to 100 unemployed people (including pensioners and pensioners) 75K who have moved away from the labour market while caring for their children, grandchildren and/or dependent people who declare their willingness to return to work, acquire skills and social competences. The project unit will allow for their reintegration into society and the labour market, changing the status of unemployed people and supporting their immediate environment of 70 people (40 K) by improving access to reintegration services, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential, predisposition, needs during the period P from 1 July 2020 to 31.12.2021. Projekt (P) „Aktywni Lubuszanie-wnuczęta w dobrych rękach" to odpowiedź na problem opisany w RPO -Lubuskie 2020, jakim jest wykluczenie społeczno-zawodowe i ubóstwo. P wykorzystując model akt. społecznej i zawodowej w środowisku rodzinnym, daje szansę 100 os. bezrobotnym(w tym emerytom oraz rencistom)(75K), którzy oddalili się od rynku pracy w trakcie opieki nad swoimi dziećmi, wnuczętami lub/i os. niesamodzielnymi a deklarujących chęć powrotu do pracy,nabycia umiejętności oraz kompetencji społ.i zaw. Dział. proj. pozwolą na ponowne włączenie ich do społeczeństwa i rynku pracy, zmieniając status os. bezrobotnej a także stanowią wsparcie ich najbliższego otoczenia 70 os.(40 K) poprzez poprawę dostępu do usług reintegracyjnych z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb w czasie trwania P od 01.07.2020 do 31.12.2021 r. P jest zgodny z politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi Europa 2020 a także z koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju, poprzez dbznie o zasoby środowiska naturalnego. (Polish)
