(KRYT.DOST. 9).The social contract will be concluded with each UP (KRYT.DOST. 6). The basis for achieving active attitude will be the implementation of activities of the nature of social activation and activities of the nature of professional activation. The planned unit will be implemented in accordance with the equal opportunities of K and M and non-discrimination and contribute to the specific objective of SZOOP ROP WL(OG.KRYT.HORIZONTALNE OBL.) Projekt zakłada objęcie wsparciem 99 os. zagr. ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. zam. na terenie pow. gorzowskiego poprzez udział w kompleksowych formach aktywizacji społ. –zaw. do 31.08.2021 r.UP otrzymają kompleksowe wsparcie w zakresie aktywizacji społ. i zaw. ukierunkowanej na pozyskanie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji, stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby/rodziny z uwzględnieniem diag. sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji, potrzeb.(KRYT.DOST. 9).Z każdym UP zostanie zawarty kontrakt socjalny ( KRYT.DOST. 6).Podstawą do osiągnięcia odp. aktywnej postawy będzie wdrożenie działań o charakterze aktywizacji społ. oraz działań o charakterze aktywizacji zawodowej. Zaplanowane dział. będą realizowane zgodnie z zas. równości szans K i M i niedyskryminacji oraz przyczyniać się do realizacji celu szczegółowego SZOOP RPO WL( OG.KRYT.HORYZONTALNE OBL.)
