The project will provide comprehensive support for participation in educational, social and professional fields. Actions will be based on reintegration pathways, tailored to each PA according to its psycho-physical capabilities, and will contribute to the objectives of active inclusion. The target audience of the project will be 20 people, including at least 2 people with a disability (ON). In order to achieve its objectives, the OPs will work with institutions and organisations to provide comprehensive assistance to people at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The activities carried out in the project will respect the principles of gender equality, attributed to K and M of the same social value, which will be achieved through equal access to the resources that will be available to the PA. Projekt ma na celu podniesienie poziomu integracji i aktywizacji społ.-zawod. osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ., niesamodzielnych i/lub z niepełnosprawnością oraz osób z ich otoczenia z terenu Gminy Bytnica. W ramach proj. prowadzone będzie kompleksowe wsparcie dla uczest. proj.(UP) w zakresie edukacyjnym, społecznym i zawodowym. Działania będą oparte na ścieżkach reintegracji, zindywidualizowanych dla każdego UP zgodnie z jego możliwościami psycho-fizycznymi, będą się przyczyniać do realizacji celów aktywnej integracji. Grupę docelowych odbiorców projektu stanowić będzie 20 osób w tym min.2 os z niepełnos (ON). OPS w celu realizacji założonych celów będzie współpracować z instytucjami oraz organizacjami w celu udzielenia kompleksowej pomocy osobom zagrożonym ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. Działania realizowane w projekcie będą uwzględniały poszanowanie zasad równości szans płci, przypisane K i M jednakowej wartości społ., co zostanie osiągnięte poprzez jednakowy dostęp do zasobów, z których będą mogli korzystać UP. UP będą mogli decydować o wyborze kierunku podnoszenia swoich kompet.zawod. z pominięciem ograniczeń stereotypowych. (Polish)
