It is planned to create 15 24-hour respite care facilities and 20 places in the Daily Residence. A total of 190 people at risk of poverty or exclusion will be covered by care and social services. The facility in which the Centre will be established will be a new facility, adapted to the needs of people under the age of 18, without barriers architect. Currently, the design documentation has been prepared and is awaiting obtaining a building permit. The planned completion date is 07/2021. In the Centre there will be a multifunctional room, s. motor rehabilitation, rest zone, kitchen p.p., administration, single, double, and triple rooms for people using 24-hour care. In rural municipalities, a weak transport network is a barrier to access to social services, which is why everyone willing will be able to use the DDP delivery service. The offer will be tailored to the individual needs of the participants for whom various forms of individual and group support will be prepared. At DDP, all participants will receive two meals and an extra. will be able to use the equipped kitchen. In care around the day, participants will benefit from all-day comfort. Additional support in the care of the needs of others in codz. functions will receive 220 caregivers in order to ensure better care and integration with the social. lok. also after the end of participation in the project. The recipients of the support are residents of Gm Lubicz and neighbouring municipalities from the area of Toruńsk – Gm. Łysomice, Gm Obrowo, Gm Wielka Nieszawka. After the project has been completed, its durability will be ensured at least for a period corresponding to the period of implementation of the project. Projekt zakłada utworzenie na terenie Gminy Lubicz, w miejscowości Grębocin, ul. Lampkowskiego 31, Domu Światła- Ośrodka opieki wytchnieniowej. Planuje się utworzyć 15 miejsc opieki całodobowej wytchnieniowej oraz 20 miejsc w Dziennym Domu Pobytu. Usługami opiek. i społ. objętych zostanie łącznie 190 osób zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. Obiekt, w którym powstanie Ośrodek będzie nowym obiektem, dostosowanym do potrzeb osób niepełnospr., bez barier architekt. Obecnie dokumentacja projektowa została opracowana i oczekuje na uzyskanie pozwolenia budowlanego. Planowany termin zakończenia budowy, to 07/2021. W Ośrodku funkcjonować będzie sala wielofunkcyjna, s. rehabilitacji ruchowej, strefa odpoczynku, str. kuchenna, pom. administr., pokoje jedno-, dwu-, i trzyosobowe dla osób korzystających z opieki całodobowej. W gminach wiejskich barierą dostępu do usług społecznych jest słaba sieć transport. dlatego też wszyscy chętni będą mogli skorzystać z usługi dowozu do DDP. Oferta zostanie dostosow. do indywidual. potrzeb uczestników dla których zostaną przygotowane zróżnicowane formy wsparcia indywid. jak i grupowego. W DDP wszyscy uczestnicy otrzymają dwa posiłki a dodatk. będą mogli skorzystać z wyposażonej kuchni. W opiece całodob. uczestnicy korzystać będą z całodniowego wyżyw.Dodatk wsparcie w zakresie opieki nad os potrzeb wsp. w codz. funkcjonow. otrzyma 220 opiekunów fakt po to, by zapewnić lepszą opiekę i integrację ze społeczn. lok. również po zakończeniu udziału w proj. Odbiorcami wsparcia są mieszkańcy Gm Lubicz oraz gmin ościennych z pow. toruńsk - Gm.
