Supporting walls of the building made in the traditional system. Multi-slope roof. The height of the building 11 m. For the adaptation of the room is located on the ground floor of the building (hol + 1 room for the purpose of the sociotherapeutic common room). The part of the building – the ground floor of the sociotherapeutic common room will be adapted. The building area is 64.84 m², 3 m high, and the volume is 194,51 m³. At present, the rooms do not fulfil their function, the absence of a driveway for persons with disabilities and too little access to daylight. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the sociotherapeutic community, there is no external developed area for educational needs. Adaptation of the rooms of the sociotherapeutic community centre with its surroundings will be used for:• the possibility of free access for disabled people to the building,• the access of daylight to the rooms will be increased, • the extension of the environment with educational garden will enable the conduct of classes outside the building.The building is located on Słoneczna Street, which is a municipal road with a cross-section of 1x2, a width of 5.0-7.0 m, without separate walkways for pedestrians. The infrastructure will be used to run the Consultation Point, support will be provided to persons covered by the social assistance system, in particular those who are abused and dependent on alcohol and other psychoactive drugs and their family members, and to combat violence and support programmes for young people, couples and families in crisis. As a result of the integrated project – leading (social) and complementary (infrastructural) – there will be reduced risk behaviour, increased availability and comprehensive psychological, therapeutic and psychotherapeutic assistance for families in crisis, reducing the phenomenon of domestic violence. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu powstanie Punkt Konsultacyjny. Obecnie jest to budynek mieszkalny wielorodzinny, dwukondygnacyjnym z poddaszem, podpiwniczonym. Ściany nośne budynku wykonane w systemie tradycyjnym. Dach wielospadowy. Wysokość budynku 11 m. Przeznaczone do adaptacji pomieszczenia znajdują się na parterze budynku (hol + 1 pomieszczenie na cele świetlicy socjoterapeutycznej). Adaptacji podlegać będzie część budynku – parter świetlicy socjoterapeutycznej. Powierzchnia zabudowy wynosi 64,84 m2, wysokość 3 m, a kubatura 194,51 m3. W chwili obecnej pomieszczenia nie spełniają swojej funkcji, brak podjazdu dla osób niepełnosprawnych oraz zbyt mały dostęp światła dziennego. Ponadto w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie świetlicy socjoterapeutycznej brak zewnętrznego zagospodarowanego terenu na potrzeby edukacyjne. Adaptacja pomieszczeń świetlicy socjoterapeutycznej z jej otoczeniem służyć będzie:• możliwości swobodnego dostępu przez osoby niepełnosprawne do budynku,• zostanie zwiększony dostęp światła dziennego do pomieszczeń,• rozbudowa otoczenia o ogródek edukacyjny umożliwi prowadzenie zajęć na zewnątrz budynku.Budynek położony jest przy ulicy Słonecznej będącej drogą gminną o przekroju 1x2, szerokości 5,0-7,0m, bez wydzielonych chodników dla pieszych.Infrastruktura wykorzystywana będzie do prowadzenia Punktu Konsultacyjnego, w którym udzielane będzie wsparcie osobom objętym systemem pomocy społecznej, w szczególności nadużywającym i uzależnionym od alkoholu i innych środków psychoaktywnych oraz członkom ich rodzin, a także przeciwdziałanie przemocy, czy programy pomocy dla młodzieży, par i rodzin będących w kryzysie. W rezultacie realizacji projektu zintegrowanego - wiodącego (społecznego) oraz uzupełniającego (infrastrukturalnego) - nastąpi ograniczenie zachowań ryzykownych, zwiększenie dostępności i kompleksowej pomocy psychologicznej, terapeutycznej i psychoterapeutycznej dla rodzin w kryzysie, zmniejszenie zjawiska przemocy w rodzinie.
