The aim of the project is to develop the urban space of Brest Kujawski by modernising and adapting a degraded building at ul. Rail 3, contributing to the elimination of major social and economic problems (including the high level of unemployment and the proportion of recipients of social assistance) in the revitalised area resulting from the Local Revitalisation Programme for Brest Kujawski. The project is entirely located in Brześć Kujawski (area A), in the municipality of Brest Kujawski, in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, which makes it necessary to receive aid under the Regional Operational Programme of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship 2014-2020. The scope of the project includes renovation (modernisation) and adaptation with a change of use of the building (currently used by the Voluntary Fire Service) for the purposes of the Brzeskie Vocational Activity Centre, at ul. Railway 3 in Brest Kujawski, on plot 86/2, cadastral area 0003 City of Brest Kujawski.Proj. implementation includes:-construction works(adaptation), -works in the field of water-canal installation, central heating, boiler room technology, mechanical ventilation,-works for electrical installation, -promotional activities,-investor supervision (multi-branch). The works are necessary for the establishment of the Brzeskie Centre for Vocational Activity, including for the purposes of implementing the social project. The facility will benefit people who are excluded and at risk of social exclusion, including the unemployed and the long-term unemployed (100 people).The investment is in line with the objectives of sustainable development and has a positive impact on three aspects: the environment, the economy and the social aspect. Celem projektu jest zagospodarowanie przestrzeni miejskiej Brześcia Kujawskiego poprzez modernizację i adaptację zdegradowanego budynku przy ul. Kolejowej 3, przyczyniające się do likwidacji istotnych problemów społecznych i gospodarczych (w tym wysokiego poziomu bezrobocia i odsetka osób korzystających z pomocy społecznej) na obszarze rewitalizowanym wynikającym z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Brześcia Kujawskiego. Projekt w całości zlokalizowany jest w miejscowości Brześć Kujawski (obszar A), na terenie Gminy Brześć Kujawski, w woj. kujawsko-pomorskim, co warunkuje otrzymanie pomocy w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego 2014-2020.Zakres projektu obejmuje remont (modernizację) i adaptację ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania budynku (obecnie użytkowanego przez Ochotniczą Straż Pożarną) na potrzeby Brzeskiego Centrum Aktywności Zawodowej, przy ul. Kolejowej 3 w Brześciu Kujawskim, na działce 86/2, obręb ewidencyjny 0003 Miasto Brześć Kujawski.Realizacja proj. obejmuje:-roboty budowlane(adaptacja), -roboty w zakresie instalacji wod-kan, c.o., technologii kotłowni, wentylacji mechanicznej,-roboty dot.instalacji elektrycznej, -działania promocyjne,-nadzór inwestorski(wielobranżowy).W/w prace są niezbędne dla powstania Brzeskiego Centrum Aktywności Zawodowej, w tym dla potrzeb realizacji projektu społecznego. Z obiektu będą korzystały osoby wykluczone i zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osoby bezrobotne i długotrwale bezrobotne (100 os.).Przeprowadzenie inwestycji jest zgodne z założeniami zrównoważonego rozwoju i wywiera pozytywny wpływ na jego trzy aspekty: środowisko naturalne, gospodarkę i aspekt społeczny.
