Zaplanowano kompleksową adaptację wraz z wyposażeniem II piętra (budynku B) na cele 1 mieszkania chronionego wspieranego przeznaczonego dla 4 pensjonariuszy. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje wykonanie prac przygotowawczych, robót budowlanych bezpośrednio związanych z adaptacją II piętra budynku B na cele 1 mieszkania chronionego, nadzór inwestorski nad pracami budowlanymi, zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia oraz promocję projektu.
