Przedmiotem inwestycji jest termomodernizacja i przebudowa środkowej części istniejącego budynku użyteczności publicznej w Szubinie przy ul. Kcyńskiej 34 ze zmianą przeznaczenia funkcji na biura dla Urzędu Miejskiego w Szubinie. Budynek jest obiektem trzykondygnacyjnym z czwartą kondygnacją podziemną przykryty dachem płaskim.Zakres prac przyjęto z audytu energetycznego, po przeanalizowaniu wielu wariantów, na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej, stanu technicznego obiektu oraz możliwości zastosowania rozwiązań termomodernizacyjnych. Planowany projekt obejmował będzie wykonanie następujących prac:- ocieplenie elewacji części środkowej budynku, z wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, odwodnienia dachu,- przebudowę dostosowania dostępności budynku dla osób niepełnosprawnych z budową windy zewnętrznej,- budowę nowych instalacji sanitarnych w tym instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej,- budowę nowych instalacji elektrycznych w tym instalacji teletechnicznych,- przebudowę wykończenia wnętrz. Przedmiotowa inwestycja obejmuje również przebudowę oraz budowę parkingu. (Polish)
