Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ścieżki rowerowej na terenie miasta Wąbrzeźno.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Miasto Wąbrzeźno. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć użytkowników korzystających z powstałej infrastruktury, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku. Projekt będzie realizowany w Wąbrzeźnie.Główny problem jaki został zidentyfikowany to wysoka emisja toksycznych składników spalin.Główny cel realizacji projektu to zmniejszenie emisji toksycznych składników spalin.Zakres rzeczowy i harmonogram inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań:1.
