The subject of the project planned for implementation by Chate Tworzywa Sp. z o.o. is the implementation of an innovative process technology on a national scale, consisting of a complete and fundamental change of the production process concerning the method of fixing the mounting elements on the surface of the polyester-glass laminate product. Thanks to this, in the Applicant’s enterprise there will be:- a high repetition of routing,- a small measurement error of the order of several hundred millimetres identical for all positions,- the surface needed for bonding will be significantly reduced (on a given stand it will be possible to perform several times this process in contrast to the traditional method, e.g. every 15 minutes, and not every 24 hours so far),- the energy intensity of the process in relation to one product will be reduced many times,- the possibility of making a decision on the implementation of the existing laminate process will increase the ability to meet the various conditions and requirements expected by the customer,- there will be automation of the process in individual production nodes.The need to make a decision, as a result of the implementation of the design, which is due to the technology used in the current manufacturing difficulties. In the technological process, a specialised device will be used for routing, which will improve the placement of inserts on the surface with high accuracy. UV lamps will be used for pre-curing adhesive effluents on the surface.This investment will reduce current technological constraints and associated production problems.The material scope of the project: construction works – adaptation works; purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets. Przedmiotem projektu planowanego do realizacji przez Chate Tworzywa Sp. z o.o. jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej na skalę kraju technologii procesowej, polegającej na całkowitej i zasadniczej zmianie procesu produkcyjnego dotyczącego sposobu mocowania elementów montażowych na powierzchni wyrobu z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego. Dzięki temu w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy nastąpi:- duża powtarzalność trasowania,- niewielki błąd pomiarowy rzędu kilku setnych milimetra jednakowy dla wszystkich wyłożeń,- znacząco zmniejszona zostanie powierzchnia potrzebna do klejenia (na danym stanowisku będzie można przeprowadzić kilka razy ten proces klejenia w przeciwieństwie do tradycyjnego sposobu, np. co 15 min., a nie jak dotychczas co 24 godz.),- wielokrotnie zmniejszy się energochłonność procesu w odniesieniu do jednego wyrobu,- zwiększą się możliwości spełnienia różnorodnych warunków i wymogów oczekiwanych przez klienta,- nastąpi zautomatyzowanie procesu w poszczególnych węzłach produkcyjnych.Konieczność podjęcia decyzji, co do realizacji projektu wynika z obecnie występujących trudności technologiczno-produkcyjnych w zakresie znacząco wydłużonego procesu technologicznego związanego ze spajaniem elementów montażowych z powierzchnią wyrobu z laminatu poliestrowo-szklanego, które wykorzystywane są w kolejnictwie i motoryzacji.Zasadnicza zmiana istniejącego procesu prod. będzie możliwa poprzez wdrożenie innowacyjnej tech. aktywowania i utwardzania pow. klejowych poprzez zastosowanie długofalowych promieni UV. W procesie technologicznym do trasowania wykorzystane zostanie specjalistycznego urządzenia, które z wysoką dokładnością usprawni rozmieszczenie insertów na powierzchni. Zastosowane zostaną lampy UV do wstępnego utwardzania wypływek kleju na powierzchni.Inwestycja ta pozwoli zniwelować obecne ograniczenia technologiczne i związane z nimi problemy prod.Zakres rzeczowy projektu: roboty budowlane - prace adapracyjne; zakup środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych.
