I was planning to raise money this year. Unfortunately, the savings I have accumulated for this purpose have been used for some time during the pandemic. I fear that without equipping the room, it will take longer to return to revenues comparable to those before the pandemic and without the possibility of implementing the project, it will be too difficult for me to do so for financial reasons. These are necessary measures to maintain business, improve the efficiency of the services provided. Expanding business by retrofitting, including for children with Asperger syndrome – is an attempt to create a new source of income that will over time offset these reduced or even lost sources. Problemy przedsiębiorstwa w związku z pojawieniem się pandemii - zatrzymanie praktycznie z dnia na dzień działalności firmy, - utrata wszystkich klientów, - brak sprzedaży a tym samym utrata płynności finansowej - po uwolnieniu usług rekreacyjnych, sportowych do dnia dzisiejszego widoczny jest radykalny spadek ruchu klientów - ponoszone koszty stałe:czynsz. en.el., opłata za wywóz nieczystości stałych, gaz, - zgromadzone oszczędności wykorzystałam w okresie pandemii na opłacanie kosztów przede wszystkim wynagrodzenia pracownikowi, - zamknięcie granic również negatywnie wpłynęło na obroty firmy -znaczna cześć klientów to mieszkańcy zagraniczni. Potrzeby realizacji projektu: Najważniejsze potrzeby to: odzyskanie płynności finansowej firmy, przywrócenie ruchu klientów oraz utrzymanie miejsca pracy. Planuję również wprowadzić w działalności działania rozwojowe. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na opłacanie kosztów w tym wynagrodzenie pracownika do momentu uzyskania płynności finansowej. Ze względu na sporą grupę dzieci z diagnozą choroby Aspergera planuję wprowadzić innowację w firmie i wyposażyć salę w wyposażenie/sprzęt do ćwiczeń ogólnorozwojowych dla nich. Planowałam dozbierać środki finansowe w tym roku. Niestety ale oszczędności jakie gromadziłam na ten cel od pewnego czasu zostały wykorzystane w okresie pandemii. Obawiam się, że bez dosprzętowienia sali powrót do osiągania przychodów w wysokości porównywalnej do tych sprzed pandemii będzie trwać dłużej i bez możliwości realizacji projektu będzie to dla mnie zbyt trudne ze względów finansowych. Są to działania niezbędne dla utrzymania działalności, poprawienia wydajności świadczonych usług. Rozszerzenie działalności gospodarczej poprzez dosprzętowienie w tym z myślą o dzieciach z zespołem Aspergera - to próba utworzenia nowego źródła dochodów, który z czasem zrównoważy te zmniejszone lub wręcz utracone źródła. Nadmieniam, że jest to jedyne źródło dochodów. (Polish)
