Przedmiotowy projekt będzie wsparciem rodzinnej firmy działającej od 1993 roku na rynku hotelarskim, której negatywne konsekwencje COVID-19 bezprecedensowo uszczupliły zasoby na bieżące funkcjonowanie i dalszy rozwój. Przedmiotowe wsparcie pomoże w poszukiwaniu i wdrażaniu nowych usług, ich alokacji na nowych rynkach jak: zwiększona sprzedaż online poprzez poszerzenie kanałów dystrybucji i promocji, dostosowaniu usług do zmian wynikających z ograniczeń spowodowanych COVID-19, co za tym idzie podwyższonych kosztów działalności całego przedsiębiorstwa (zagwarantowanie dodatkowych środków bezpieczeństwa dla przebywających Gości i personelu, usług związanych z odkażaniem pomieszczeń). Nasze przedsiębiorstwo świadczy usługi lokalnie jednak zakres pozyskiwania klientów jest ogólnopolski i międzynarodowy. Sytuacja spowodowana przez COVID-19. w całości pozbawiła obiekt Gości z zagranicy, którzy stanowili znaczący procent w skali obrotów przedsiębiorstwa. Ich niedobór, bardzo trudno zrekompensować na rynku Polskim. Odwołane rezerwacje, skrócone terminy realizacji i niepewność zakładania nowych, powoduje małą przewidywalność i uszczupla zapasy kapitału obrotowego. Bezsprzecznie pomoc przyznana dzięki temu projektowi przyczyni się do przetrwania tego trudnego okresu, zagwarantowania istniejących miejsc pracy w oczekiwaniu na poprawę koniunktury. (Polish)

The project will support a family-run company operating in the hospitality market since 1993, whose negative consequences of COVID-19 have unprecedentedly reduced resources for the day-to-day operation and further development. This support will help in the search and deployment of new services, their allocation in new markets, such as: increased online sales by broadening distribution and promotion channels, adapting services to the changes caused by COVID-19 constraints, thereby increasing the business costs of the whole company (guaranteeing additional security measures for guests and staff, decontamination services). Our company provides local services, however, the scope of customer acquisition is nationwide and international. The situation caused by COVID-19 completely deprived guests from abroad, who accounted for a significant percentage of the company’s turnover. Their shortage, very difficult to compensate on the Polish market. Cancelled reservations, shortened lead times and uncertainty about setting up new ones, cause little predictability and deplete working capital stocks. It is undeniable that the aid granted through this project will contribute to the survival of this difficult period, to guarantee existing jobs in anticipation of economic recovery. (English)
