Within the framework of the project, the applicant will implement within its organisational unit a new organisational system in accordance with Article 110a of the Social Aid Act. Within the framework of the change in the structure of MOPSAlwerwery, a minimum of 3Stations/Teams will be identified:1. Position/First contact team2. Social Work and Services Team/Position3. The project will be implemented between 01.07.2020 and 30.06.2021. The project will be implemented by appropriate training of employees (training, supervision), implementation of social working methods with different customer groups in accordance with the new standards indicated in the competition, employment of a new employee, adaptation of MOPS premises. In order to carry out social assistance tasks properly, it is necessary to identify the persons in need of assistance in a reliable manner, as well as the proper performance of social workers’ duties, with a view to monitoring the social situation. Failure to use or use little cooperation does not ensure full and effective identification and assessment of the situation of people in need. The target group for the implementation of the project is the Social Assistance Centre, social workers of the Centre. As part of the implementation of the project, the MOPSAlwernia plans to carry out the following activities/tasks:1. Preparation for the creation of a new structure of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre Alwernia;2. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki organizacyjnej nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pomocyspołecznej . W ramach zmiany struktury MOPSAlwernia zostaną wyodrębnione min. 3Stanowiska/Zespoły:1. Stanowisko/Zespół ds. pierwszego kontaktu2. Zespół/Stanowisko ds. pracy socjalnej i usług3. Stanowisko/Zespół ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzjąWdrożenie ww. struktury nastąpi w okresie od 01.07.2020 do 30.06.2021 r. Realizacja projektu będzie możliwa dzięki odpowiedniemu przeszkoleniupracowników (szkolenia, superwizja), wdrożeniu metod pracy socjalnej z różnymi grupami klientów zgodnie z nowymi standardami wskazanymi w ramachkonkursu, zatrudnienie nowego pracownika, przystosowanie pomieszczeń MOPS. W celu prawidłowego wypełniania zadań z zakresu pomocy społecznejkonieczna jest rzetelna identyfikacja osób wymagających objęcia pomocą, jak też należyte wykonywanie obowiązków przez pracowników socjalnych, mającena celu monitorowanie sytuacji społecznej. Niekorzystanie bądź korzystanie w niewielkim stopniu z możliwości współpracy nie zapewnia pełnej i skutecznejidentyfikacji i następnie oceny sytuacji osób potrzebujących.Grupą docelową realizacji projektu jest Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, pracownicy socjalni Ośrodka. W ramach realizacji projektu MOPSAlwernia planuje przeprowadzić następujące działania/zadania:1. Przygotowanie do utworzenia nowej struktury Miejskiego Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej Alwernia;2. Wdrożenie nowego modelu i praca Ośrodka Pomocy SpołecznejAlwernia wg. nowego modelu;3. Merytoryczne wsparcie pracowników ośrodka (Polish)
