The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Tatra. The project will support unemployed people aged 18-29 without a job, including persons with disabilities, of whom at least 60 % are non-educational (NEETs) as defined in the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme 2014-2020. At least 20 % of project participants will be people in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. persons with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the Office will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The employment efficiency indicator for the most disadvantaged (persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3), immigrants, re-emigrants) will be 44 %, for the other non-members of the groups – 59.5 %. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie tatrzańskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby bezrobotne w wieku 18-29 lat bez pracy, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, spośród których co najmniej 60 % stanowią osoby, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET), zgodnie z definicją NEET, przyjętą w Programie Operacyjnym WiedzaEdukacja Rozwój 2014-2020. Co najmniej 20 % uczestników projektu stanowić będą osoby znajdujące się w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami i/lub osoby długotrwale bezrobotne i/lub osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach.W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Urząd realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimikwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3), imigranci, reemigranci) wyniesie 44%, dla pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup - 59,5 %.
