The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of young people until 29 years of unemployment and to combat the negative impact of COVID-19 in the Rupczycko-Sędziszów district. The main result of the project will be 206 people registered in the PLO. The project will support people under 30 years registered as unemployed in the PLO, including at least 60 % of NEETs. Within the framework of the project, for each unemployed person, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments for unemployed persons, as referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r.ż. pozostających bez pracy oraz zwalczanie negatywnego wpływu wystąpienia COVID-19 w powiecie ropczycko-sędziszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 206 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, w tym min. 60% osób z kategorii NEET. W ramach projektu, dla każdej osoby bezrobotnej przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie dla osób bezrobotnych odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wsparciem w zakresie zwalczania lub przeciwdziałania skutkom pandemii COVID-19 zostaną objęci pracownicy oraz osoby samozatrudnione. (Polish)
