The purchase of production machines, which will be a much more cost-effective alternative to the metalworking technology currently used (increasing efficiency, improving its quality and repeatability) This will be -Gantry mill with torsion head – Vertical 3-axis machining center – Plasma burner -Weaver -Danker – Painting cab The machine equipment will be supplemented with CAD/CAM software for designing/programming with a computer station. 4.Rebranding, i.e. creating a new visual identity of Mazanek Sp z o.o., including a. re-design logo b. designing the brand after rebranding (cut of the handwriting, color scheme, product photo guidelines, company prints, mailing footer, patterns of printed and on-line advertising materials: offer, catalogue, on-line communication: appearance of the website and social media) c. company signage design. d. instructions for devices. 5.Developing a marketing strategy with a schedule of activities 6.Designing and implementing the online store Design process (paragraph. 1-partly, 2,4,5,6) will be carried out by a specialised external entity selected in the proceedings (Competitiveness Base).     Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie działań będących wyłącznymi rekomendacjami wskazanymi w Strategii Wzorniczej opracowanej w Etapie I. Są to: 1.Zaprojektowanie 4 nowych urządzeń wykorzystywanych do pracy z blachą, których firma nie posiada aktualnie w ofercie: a. zaginarki hydraulicznej (automatycznej) z podajnikiem i 2 belkami gnącymi a. zaginarki ręcznej, mobilnej dla dekarzy b. zaginarki do grubszych blach (zaginanie elementów o grubości 3mm i długości do 3000 mm) c. gilotyny automatycznej do grubszych blach (o grubości 2mm i do 3000 mm szerokości) 2.Przeprojektowanie urządzeń obecnie wytwarzanych zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami w branży w zakresie ergonomii i nowoczesnego designu a. zaginarki segmentowej i ręcznej b. gilotyny ręcznej, stołowej i mechanicznej 3. Zakup maszyn produkcyjnych, które będą o wiele bardziej opłacalną alternatywą dla technologii obróbki metali stosowanej obecnie (zwiększenie wydajności, podniesienie jej jakości i powtarzalności) Będą to -Frezarka bramowa z głowicą skrętną -Pionowe centrum obróbcze 3-osiowe -Wypalarka plazmowa -Spawarka -Suwnica -Kabina lakiernicza Wyposażenie maszynowe uzupełnione zostanie o oprogramowanie CAD/CAM służące do projektowania/programowania wraz ze stanowiskiem komputerowym. 4.Rebranding, czyli stworzenie nowej identyfikacji wizualnej Mazanek Sp z o.o, a w tym a. re-design logo b. zaprojektowanie marki po rebrandingu (krój pisma, kolorystyka, wytyczne odnośnie zdjęć produktów, druki firmowe, stopka mailingowa, wzory materiałów reklamowych drukowanych i on line: oferta, katalog, komunikacja on line: wygląd strony www oraz mediów społecznościowych) c. projekt oznakowania firmy. d. instrukcje dla urządzeń. 5.Opracowanie strategii marketingowej wraz z harmonogramem działań 6.Zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie sklepu on line Proces projektowania (pkt. 1-częściowo, 2,4,5,6) zostanie przeprowadzony przez wyspecjalizowany podmiot zewnętrzy wyłoniony w postępowaniu (Baza konkurencyjności).
