Having three main attractions – “Favours”, “Circularity” and “Crafts”. The innovation of the network product will be expressed through the following characteristics of tourism and event services: — Gamification/interaction – through the use of games using AR/VR technologies, attractions based on mapping, holograms or sales of services through mobile applications, – The implementation of high-tech solutions – through the use of robotic guest service stations, or the implementation of innovative solutions, including the results of R & D work, in order to ensure the highest comfort of rest. The project will be a breakthrough for the tourism industry in terms of conceptualisation of tourism and event services, and the advantage will not be just innovations in the field of IT or hardware, but a combination of new technologies with a unique concept of promoting regional heritage, giving the offer authenticity. The network product is also part of the Regional Smart Specialisation common to at least two voivodships of Eastern Poland – “Tourism, medicine, health”, by focusing on increasing the tourist attractiveness of the region. Thus, the implementation of the Project will allow for the creation and development of an innovative network product that exploits the existing potential in the macro-region and which falls within the scope of RIS common to at least two voivodships of Eastern Poland.     Realizacja Projektu pozwoli na wytworzenie i wdrożenie produktu sieciowego charakteryzującego się: 1. Posiadaniem kompleksowej, spakietyzowanej oferty, opartej na potencjale regionalnym: kuchni regionalnej, produkcji szkła, wytwórstwa z lnu. 2. Rozproszoną strukturą podmiotów – Wnioskodawca (Investimus) oraz 3 podmioty współpracujące (A.M. Trade, Villa Glass Studio i Krosno Len Men & Women) i lokalizacji – 7 lokalizacji (Centrum Konferencyjne, Hotel Nafta, restauracje – Krakowiak, Zielony Domek i Klimat, Zakład Produkcyjny Villa Glass Studio oraz pracownia Krosno Len Men & Women); 3. Posiadaniem trzech głównych atrakcji – „Smaki”, „Okoliczności” i „Rzemiosło”. Innowacyjność produktu sieciowego będzie wyrażona poprzez następujące cechy usług turystycznych i eventowych: - Gamifikacji / interakcji – poprzez zastosowanie gier wykorzystujących technologie AR / VR, atrakcji opartych na mappingu, hologramach czy sprzedaży usług poprzez aplikacje mobilne, - Wdrożeniu rozwiązań high-tech – poprzez zastosowanie zrobotyzowanych stacji obsługi gości, czy wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań, w tym wyników prac B+R, w celu zapewnienia najwyższego komfortu wypoczynku. Projekt będzie przełomowy dla branży turystycznej w zakresie konceptualizacji usługi turystycznej i eventowej, a o przewadze nie będą stanowiły jedynie innowacje z zakresu IT czy hardware, a połączenie nowych technologii z unikatową koncepcją promowania dziedzictwa regionalnego, nadającą ofercie autentyczności. Produkt sieciowy wpisuje się również w Regionalną Inteligentną Specjalizację wspólną dla co najmniej dwóch województw Polski Wschodniej – „Turystyka, medycyna, zdrowie”, poprzez skoncentrowanie na zwiększeniu atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu. Tym samym realizacja Projektu pozwoli na wytworzenie i rozwój innowacyjnego produktu sieciowego wykorzystującego istniejący w makroregionie potencjał i wpisującego się w zakres RIS wspólny dla co najmniej dwóch województw Polski Wschodniej.
