The aim of the project is to place on the market food products produced on the basis of vegetable protein and at the same time free of artificial food additives. The project is consistent with the European Union’s policy aimed at increasing the consumption of vegetable protein. The result of the project will be the introduction of components (packages) for the production of creamy vegetable ice cream on the market. Our direct customers are manufacturers of craft ice-cream, sold on knobs. The innovativeness of our product is based on the unique composition of the base mixture. The basic structural constituent of the base are plant protein isolates. Our product responds to the consumer needs that arise due to the ever-increasing amount of allergies and intolerance to animal products. Meets the requirements of physically active people and those who choose a vegan diet. Our customers (manufacturers of craft ice cream) are looking for a standardised, reproducible, easy to prepare product. To meet these needs, in addition to powdered base, we offer them all the ingredients necessary to obtain the finished product in package form. The package includes: the protein-sugar base packed in a doypack packaging, with the right amount of vegetable fat packed in a jar and the right amount of flavouring, e.g. chocolate. The whole package is packed in carton. The main activities to be carried out under the project are: research and development work on expanding the assortment offer, creation and equipment of a laboratory for technological tests, adaptation of the warehouse premises to sanitary and hygiene requirements, conclusion of contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and recipients of products. The necessary resources are: warehouse, premises and testing equipment, tech workers, traders, business development employee, subcontractors, suppliers of raw materials. The place of business is Mielec, ul. Clear 45, Podkarpackie voivodeship. (English)

    Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek produktów spożywczych wyprodukowanych w oparciu o białko roślinne i jednocześnie wolnych od sztucznych dodatków do żywności. Projekt jest spójny z polityką Unii Europejskiej, dążącą do zwiększenia spożycia białka roślinnego. Rezultatem projektu będzie wprowadzenie na rynek komponentów (pakietów) do produkcji kremowych lodów roślinnych. Naszymi bezpośrednimi odbiorcami są producenci lodów rzemieślniczych, sprzedawanych na gałki. Innowacyjność naszego produktu, opiera się na unikatowym składzie mieszanki bazowej. Podstawowym strukturotwórczym składnikiem bazy są izolaty białek roślinnych. Nasz produkt odpowiada na potrzebę konsumencką, która pojawia się w związku z ciągle zwiększającą się ilością alergii i nietolerancji na produkty pochodzenia zwierzęcego. Spełnia wymagania osób aktywnych fizycznie oraz tych, którzy wybierają dietę wegańską. Nasi klienci (producenci lodów rzemieślniczych) szukają produktu standaryzowanego, powtarzalnego, łatwego w przygotowaniu. Wychodząc naprzeciw tym potrzebom oprócz sproszkowanej bazy oferujemy im wszystkie składniki niezbędne do otrzymania gotowego produktu w formie pakietowej. W skład pakietu wchodzi: baza białkowo-cukrowa zapakowana w opakowanie typu doypack, do tego odpowiednia ilość tłuszczu roślinnego zapakowana w słoik i odpowiednia ilość dodatku smakowego np. czekolady. Cały pakiet zapakowany jest w karton. Najważniejsze działania, które będą realizowane w ramach projektu to: prace badawczo-rozwojowe nad poszerzeniem oferty asortymentowej, stworzenie i wyposażenie laboratorium do testów technologicznych, dostosowanie lokalu magazynowego do wymogów sanitarno-higienicznych, zawarcie umów z dostawcami, podwykonawcami i odbiorcami produktów. Niezbędne zasoby to: magazyn, lokal i sprzęt do testów, pracownicy technologiczni, handlowcy, pracownik do spraw rozwoju biznesu, podwykonawcy, dostawcy surowców.
