Project entitled “Public Internet for everyone – Municipality of Władysławowo” provides for the creation of 10 local external wireless Internet access points in public places in the city of Władysławowo, such as access to the beaches from the entrance no. 1 to no. 9 along the street. Hryniewiecki and the square on ul. The sea. Thanks to this initiative, residents of the municipality and tourists will gain access to free and universal internet in public spaces. Internet access points will be located in the most popular and frequented places in the municipality. In order to provide users with high quality services, the download speed will be at least 30 Mbps. The municipality of Władysławowo also ensures that access to broadband internet through electronic communications network operators will be provided in a non-discriminatory manner.During the duration of the project, i.e. for less than 5 years, the Municipality of Władysławowo will provide:• support for the concurrent use of the two bands (2.4 GHz – 5 GHz);• the average time between failures (MTBF) of at least 5 years; • having a dedicated and centralised single management point for all access points within each public internet network for each; • support for IEEE 802.1x; • compliance with IEEE 802.11ac Wave I standard;• support for IEEE 802.11r; • support for IEEE 802.11k; • support for IEEE 802.11v;• the ability to operate at least 50 users simultaneously without deterioration;• having at least 2x2 transmitters and receivers (multi-antenna MIMO system); • Compliance with Hotspot 2.0 (the Passpoint certification program of Wi-Fi Alliance). Therefore, the project is in line with Action 1.1. POPC. Public Internet for everyone. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt pn. POPC. Publiczny internet dla każdego. (Polish)
