The possibility of using hotspots will be available to everyone equally. The beneficiary undertakes to respect the principles of equality and non-discrimination vis-à-vis users. Free internet access points for everyone will be located in easily accessible public places. The aim of the project is to enable access to digital services through hotspots and to tackle social exclusion linked to lack of access to the internet. Public internet access points will be installed in public utilities as well as external public spaces. Internal access points will be located in: 1. “Senior Wigor” building in Przykop, 2. Building of the Municipality Office in Padua, 3. The “Green School” building in National Padua. External access points will be set up in: 1. Public space next to the House of the Religious Sisters in Padua, 2. Kazimierz Popiołek Square in National Padua, 3. Area at the “Green School” in National Padua, 4. Movement Rehabilitation Park in Padua, 5. Senior Plus Club in Padua, 6. Land next to the village shining building in Rozhnaty, 7. Area of the Open Activity Zone in Przykopie, 8. Wszelkie działania w ramach projektu skupią się przede wszystkim na stworzeniu oraz utrzymaniu 11 punktów bezpłatnego, publicznego dostępu do internetu o wysokich parametrach technicznych. Możliwość korzystania z hotspotów będzie dostępne dla każdego w równym stopniu. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do zachowania zasad równości i niedyskryminacji wobec użytkowników. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się również do odpowiedniego utrzymania, serwisowania i zachowania stałej wysokiej wydajności urządzeń i udostępnianego za ich pośrednictwem dostępu do internetu. Punkty dostępu do bezpłatnego internetu dla każdego zostaną zlokalizowane w łatwo dostępnych miejscach publicznych. Celem projektu jest umożliwienie za pośrednictwem hotspotów, dostępu do korzystania z usług cyfrowych i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu związanego z brakiem dostępu do sieci internet. Publiczne punkty dostępu do internetu zostaną zainstalowane w instytucjach użyteczności publicznej jak i zewnętrznej przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej. Wewnętrzne punkty dostępu będą zlokalizowane w: 1. Budynek „Senior Wigor” w Przykopie, 2. Budynek Urzędu Gminy w Padwi Narodowej, 3. Budynek „Zielonej Szkoły” w Padwi Narodowej. Zewnętrzne punkty dostępu powstaną w: 1. Przestrzeń ogólnodostępna obok Domu Sióstr Zakonnych w Padwi Narodowej, 2. Skwer im. Kazimierza Popiołka w Padwi Narodowej, 3. Teren przy „Zielonej Szkole” w Padwi Narodowej, 4. Park rehabilitacji ruchowej w Padwi Narodowej, 5. Klub Senior Plus w Padwi Narodowej, 6. Teren przy budynku Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Rożniatach, 7. Teren Otwartej Strefy Aktywności w Przykopie, 8. Plac przy budynku Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej. Gmina zdecydowała się skorzystać z opcji nr 3 załącznika "Wymagania dla WiFi" (8 zewnętrznych oraz 3 wewnętrze punktów dostępu). (Polish)
