Due to the success of the R & D works carried out at the Company, these castings can be manufactured with unparalleled quality and performance parameters in Odlewnia Krakodlew S.A. (increasing the useful life of ingots and slag vats subjected to variable thermal load processes). Achieving these parameters in industrial conditions and achieving their repeatability requires implementation work, which will aim to change the current technology of machining and cleaning of castings. In order to be able to process and purify castings with new quality parameters, it is necessary to change technology towards automation, increased efficiency, and precision. Implementation will also contribute to improving working conditions and safety by reducing pollination. This reduction will be possible by minimising machining (increase the amount of trimmed ingots) and by reducing dust emissions by its organisation to the casting cleaning robot cabin. The implementation of products to the activity will contribute to the increase in innovation of Krakodlew S.A. on the domestic and European market and is an integral part of the implemented Development Strategy of the Company. The scope of the project covers 3 stages, i.e. 1. Construction of a technological line for mechanical processing and purification – 18 months. 2. Integration of individual components of technological lines using the production management system – 6 months. 3. Validation, testing – six months. The applicant plans to carry out a number of organisational changes related to the implementation and sale of new products. (English)

    SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie na rynek nowych, innowacyjnych, wielkogabarytowych odlewów wlewnic do 50 Mg oraz kadzi żużlowych do 40 Mg, będących efektem prac B+R przeprowadzonych przez Krakodlew S.A. samodzielne oraz wspólnie z Wydziałem Odlewnictwa Akademii Górniczo- Hutniczej. Odlewy te, dzięki powodzeniu przeprowadzonych w Spółce prac B+R mogą być wytwarzane o niespotykanych dotychczas w Odlewni Krakodlew S.A. parametrach jakościowych i użytkowych (zwiększenie okresu użytkowania wlewnic i kadzi żużlowych poddawanych procesom zmiennego obciążenia termicznego). Uzyskanie tych parametrów w warunkach przemysłowych i osiągnięcie ich powtarzalności wymaga podjęcia prac wdrożeniowych, które będą miały na celu zmianę dotychczasowej technologii obróbki mechanicznej i oczyszczania odlewów. Aby możliwa była obróbka mechaniczna i oczyszczanie odlewów o nowych parametrach jakościowych konieczne jest zmiana technologii w kierunku automatyzacji, zwiększonej wydajności, oraz precyzji. Wdrożenie przyczyni się także do poprawy warunków i bezpieczeństwa pracy poprzez ograniczenie zapylenia. Ograniczenie to będzie możliwe dzięki minimalizacji obróbki skrawaniem (zwiększenie ilości obcinanych naddatków wlewnic) oraz ograniczenie emisji zapylenia przez jej organizację do kabiny robota czyszczącego odlewy. Wdrożenie produktów do działalności przyczyni się do wzrostu innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa Krakodlew S.A. na rynku krajowym oraz europejskim i jest integralnym elementem realizowanej Strategii Rozwoju Spółki. Zakres projektu obejmuje 3 etapy tj. 1. Budowa linii technologicznej do obróbki mechanicznej i oczyszczania - 18 mies. 2. Integracja poszczególnych komponentów linii technologicznych z wykorzystaniem systemu do zarządzania produkcją- 6 mies. 3. Walidacja, testy - 6 mies. Wnioskodawca planuje do przeprowadzenia szereg zmian organizacyjnych, związanych z wdrożeniem i sprzedażą nowych produktów. (Polish)
