Předmětem projektu je stavební úprava (rekonstrukce) bytového domu v Komenského ulici 27 v Karlových Varech. Výsledkem bude vznik 7 bytových jednotek určených pro nájemní sociální bydlení určené pro osoby ohrožené sociálním vyloučením.
