O presente projeto surge no seguimento do trabalho que tem vindo a ser efetuado, ao longo dos anos, pela EPN sendo mecanismo de resposta à situação socioprofissional do Concelho de Nordeste. Apostar na formação profissional é pois o mecanismo para ultrapassar, o isolamento e a, ainda, grande distância relativamente aos centros urbanos que provocam o êxodo rural e a consequente desertificação que se verificam neste concelho.
