Η επιχείρηση εταιρεία «ΝΗΛΕΑΣ IKE» θα αποτελέσει μια εταιρεία πρότυπο στον κλάδο ενοικίασης σκαφών, υιοθετώντας μια σειρά από καινοτομικά μοντέλα λειτουργίας καθώς και μια σειρά από τεχνολογικές λύσεις.Η επένδυση στην οποία αναφέρεται η παρούσα μελέτη αφορά στην ίδρυση επιχείρησης ενοικίασης σκαφών με περιοχή δραστηριοποίησης το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος, και συγκεκριμένα με έδρα στην Πύλο, κοντά στην Μαρίνα της περιοχής, ένα ιδανικό σημείο εκκίνησης για κρουαζιέρα/εξόρμηση στο Ιόνιο.Κίνητρο λοιπόν της επένδυσης αυτής είναι η συνεχώς αυξανόμενη τουριστική κίνηση τόσο στην Περιφέρεια της Μεσσηνίας όσο και στο Ιόνιο. Η προτεινόμενη επένδυση προσανατολίζεται να προσφέρει υπηρεσίες και δυνατότητες που θα παρέχουν τη βέλτιστη ικανοποίηση στους πελάτες.Το επενδυτικό σχέδιο περιλαμβάνει ένα σύνολο δαπανών που αποσκοπούν να προσδώσουν ένα διαφοροποιημένο χαρακτήρα τουριστικού προϊόντος στην περιοχή σε σχέση με το παραδοσιακό μοντέλο ενοικίασης και διαχείρισης σκαφών που ισχύει στην Ελλάδα. Οι αλληλένδετα συνδεδεμένες δαπάνες τεκμηριώνουν στο σύνολό τους τον ολοκληρωμένο χαρακτήρα της επένδυσης.Όραμα της επιχείρησης είναι να δημιουργήσει μία μοναδική, καινοτομική ναυτιλιακή εταιρεία, η οποία θα είναι άκρως ανταγωνιστική, θα αποτελεί το επίκεντρο της περιοχής για την ποιότητα των υπηρεσιών της, θα προσφέρει εναλλακτικές μορφές τουρισμού και ψυχαγωγίας αξιοποιώντας τις νέες τεχνολογίες και αναδεικνύοντας παράλληλα τη φυσική ομορφιά και την τοπική παράδοση της περιοχής.
