Given the fact that the marine tourism industry is constantly increasing, the investment is expected to pay off immediately. The future image that the company wants to convey regarding the services offered is the immediate and qualitative service of its customers, oriented to their needs, at competitive prices. The proposed destinations of the vessels will be the entire Greek territory with emphasis on Myrtoos Sea and mainly remote areas.The potential beneficiary of the aid has already commissioned two high-speed boats, which highlights the maturity of the investment project. Το παρόν επιχειρηματικό σχέδιο αναλύει την ίδρυση και ανάπτυξη μιας επιχείρησης θαλάσσιου τουρισμού σε μια πανέμορφη τοποθεσία της Ελλάδος που συνδυάζει τέλεια φύση, θάλασσα, ιστορία, παράδοση και αναγνωρισιμότητα και βρίσκεται στη Νεάπολη του Νομού Λακωνίας. Η επιχείρηση δυνητική δικαιούχος της παρούσας πρότασης θα ιδρυθεί με τη νομική μορφή της Μ.ΙΚΕ και οι ΚΑΔ στους οποίους θα δραστηριοποιηθεί είναι: 50.10.20.01 Υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης επαγγελματικού τουριστικού σκάφους με πλήρωμα,50.10.20.03 Υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης πλοίων ψυχαγωγίας (κότερων, θαλαμηγών, βενζινακάτων κλπ) με πλήρωμα.77.34.10.02 Υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης τουριστικού σκάφους, χωρίς πλήρωμαΗ «ΣΤΑΘΑΚΗΣ ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ Μ.ΙΚΕ», θα εδρεύει στη θέση Πυρλότο, στην περιοχή της Νεάπολης, στη Λακωνία, σε απόσταση 300 μέτρων από το λιμάνι της ομώνυμης περιοχής, στεγαζόμενη σε κτίριο γραφείων που ανήκει στο δυνητικό δικαιούχο της ενίσχυσης κύριο Σταθάκη Ιωάννη. Για τους σκοπούς της επένδυσης, η επιχείρηση θα μισθώνει χώρο στον τεχνητό μόλο, που έχει κατασκευαστεί μπροστά ακριβώς από την έδρα της επιχείρησης, για τον οποίο έχει εκδοθεί άδεια τοποθέτησης, σύμφωνα με το συνημμένο έγγραφο με αρ. πρωτ. 3122.2-05/73704/2016. Η επιχείρηση θα δραστηριοποιείται στην παροχή καινοτόμων και ποιοτικών υπηρεσιών διοργάνωσης θαλάσσιων εκδρομών και ενοικίασης σύγχρονων φουσκωτών σκαφών με πλήρωμα ή χωρίς, τα οποία θα είναι εξοπλισμένα με υλικά υψηλής ποιότητας και μηχανήματα σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας. Με δεδομένο το γεγονός ότι ο κλάδος του θαλάσσιου τουρισμού παρουσιάζει συνεχώς αυξητικές τάσεις, η επένδυση αναμένεται να αποδώσει άμεσα. Η μελλοντική εικόνα που θέλει να περάσει η επιχείρηση σχετικά με τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες είναι η άμεση και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της, προσανατολισμένη στις ανάγκες τους, σε ανταγωνιστικές τιμές. Οι προτεινόμενοι προορισμοί των σκαφών θα είναι ολόκληρη η ελληνική επικράτεια με έμφαση στο Μυρτώο Πέλαγος και κυρίως απομακρυσμένες περιοχές αυτού.Ο δυνητικός δικαιούχος της ενίσχυσης έχει ήδη προχωρήσει στην παραγγελία δυο ταχύπλοων σκαφών, γεγονός που αναδεικνύει την ωριμότητα του επενδυτικού σχεδίου. Τα σκάφη θα παραληφθούν εντός των επόμενων μηνών και με την απόκτησή τους, η επιχείρηση σκοπεύει να προχωρήσει από την επόμενη σεζόν στην διάθεσή τους σε πελάτες, που επιθυμούν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους στα ελληνικά νησιά και πιο συγκεκριμένα στα όμορφα νερά του Μυρτώου Πελάγους.
