    Η παρούσα πράξη αφορά στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του Κλειστού Κολυμβητηρίου Καβάλας, το οποίο  βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Περιγιαλίου, πίσω από το Δημοτικό Στάδιο «Ανθή Καραγιάννη» στην πόλη της Καβάλας. Πέρα από την βελτίωση των συνθηκών διαβίωσης στο κτίριο, η συνολική ετήσια εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας από την υλοποίηση του έργου υπολογίζεται ότι θα ανέλθει στο 61,50 %, ενώ το κτίριο αναβαθμίζεται από την ενεργειακή κλάση Ε στην Β+.
