Το έργο αφορά στη λήψη εξειδικευμένων συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών κατά τη χρονική περίοδο από 17-3-2017 έως τη λήξη της σχετικής σύμβασης για την τεχνική υποστήριξη της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας (ΠΚΜ) για την εφαρμογή μέτρων ενεργειακής αναβάθμισης σε δημόσια κτίρια, έτσι ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η συμβολή σε μια από τις βασικές αναπτυξιακές προτεραιότητες της Περιφέρειας, τη μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας μέσω αύξησης της ενεργειακής απόδοσης, αξιοποίησης των Ανανεώσιμων Πηγών Ενέργειας (ΑΠΕ) και της Συμπαραγωγής Ηλεκτρισμού και Θερμότητας Υψηλής Αποδοτικότητας (ΣΗΘΥΑ) και αξιοποίησης του ενεργειακού δυναμικού της περιοχής.
