The purpose of the proposed investment project is the integrated construction of a modern tourist unit in the area of Thassos (Municipality of Thassos), consisting of ten (10) furnished apartments with a total capacity of 30 beds and will be classified in Category 3 Keys, based on the specifications of the EOT.The investment body decided to implement this investment project due to the highly developed development of the tourism industry and due to the offered conditions that make the investment highly attractive, economically attractive and profitable. It should be noted that the establishment area of the company has seen a strong increase in tourism in recent years, to the extent that during the peak period (summer months), the demand for accommodation services is higher than the corresponding supply. As far as the communication policy of the company is concerned, it is based on the exploitation of all modern means that make the company extroverted, with modern profiles and modern standards of recognition. At the communication level, the company will follow and implement the following strategy: A) full use of social media with professional pages and necessary promotional actions (photography, promotion packages, posts, announcements, news), b) providing more than 60 % of the available beds per year to the specialised customer bases (booking, hotels.com, etc.), and c) promotional actions in printed and electronic press and media, in order to strengthen the company’s brand name and become a reference point in the local and wider industry. The aim of the company, also at the communication level, is to participate as actively as possible in tourist exhibitions around the world, which are an excellent opportunity for global visibility and entrepreneurial inspiration to enable the company to be able in future to contribute decisively to the enrichment of Greek branding.     Σκοπός του προτεινόμενου επενδυτικού σχεδίου είναι η ολοκληρωμένη κατασκευή μιας σύγχρονης τουριστικής μονάδας στην περιοχή της Θάσου(Δήμος Θάσου), που θα αποτελείται από δέκα (10) ενοικιαζόμενα επιπλωμένα διαμερίσματα συνολικής δυναμικότητας 30 κλινών και θα καταταχθεί στην Κατηγορία 3 κλειδιών, βάσει των προδιαγραφών του ΕΟΤ.Ο φορέας της επένδυσης αποφάσισε να υλοποιήσει το εν λόγω επενδυτικό σχέδιο λόγω της ιδιαίτερα ανεπτυγμένης πορείας του τουριστικού κλάδου και λόγω των προσφερόμενων συνθηκών που καθιστούν την επένδυση ιδιαίτερα ελκυστική, τόσο από οικονομικής άποψης (ύπαρξη κεφαλαίων, ύπαρξη χρηματοδοτούμενων εργαλείων, διαφαινόμενος υψηλός κύκλος εργασιών και περιθώριο κέρδους), όσο και από τεχνικής άποψης (συγκροτημένη ομάδα μηχανικών, κατασκευαστών και προμηθευτών). Επισημαίνεται ότι η περιοχή εγκατάστασης της επιχείρησης σημειώνει έντονη τουριστική άνοδο τα τελευταία έτη , σε βαθμό που κατά την περίοδο αιχμής (θερινοί μήνες), η ζήτηση υπηρεσιών διαμονής είναι υψηλότερη της αντίστοιχης προσφοράς. Όσον αφορά στην επικοινωνιακή πολιτική της επιχείρησης, αυτή βασίζεται στην εκμετάλλευση όλων των σύγχρονων μέσων, που καθιστούν την επιχείρηση εξωστρεφή, με σύγχρονο προφίλ και με μοντέρνα πρότυπα αναγνωρισιμότητας. Σε επικοινωνιακό επίπεδο, η επιχείρηση θα ακολουθήσει και θα εφαρμόσει την εξής στρατηγική: α) πλήρης χρήση των κοινωνικών μέσων δικτύωσης με επαγγελματικές σελίδες και αναγκαίες ενέργειες προώθησης (φωτογράφιση, πακέτα προσφορών, αναρτήσεις, ανακοινώσεις, νέα), β) παροχή άνω του 60% των διαθέσιμων κλινών ανά έτος προς τις εξειδικευμένες βάσεις εύρεσης πελατών (booking, hotels.com κτλ), και γ) ενέργειες προώθησης σε έντυπο και ηλεκτρονικό τύπο και μέσα προβολής, έτσι ώστε να ενισχυθεί το brand name της επιχείρησης και να καταστεί σημείο αναφοράς στον τοπικό και ευρύτερο κλάδο. Σκοπός της επιχείρησης, επίσης, σε επικοινωνιακό επίπεδο, είναι η όσο το δυνατόν ενεργή συμμετοχή της σε τουριστικές εκθέσεις ανά τον κόσμο που αποτελούν εξαιρετική ευκαιρία παγκόσμιας δυναμικής προβολής αλλά και επιχειρηματικής έμπνευσης ώστε η επιχείρηση να είναι μελλοντικά σε θέση να συνδράμει αποφασιστικά στον εμπλουτισμό του ελληνικού branding.
