Το έργο αφορά στην προμήθεια, εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία ενός ολοκληρωμένου συστήματος διαχείρισης υδάτινων πόρων (ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά) για την πόλη της Δεσκάτης που θα έχει σκοπό την εξασφάλιση της επάρκειας και της ποιότητας του παρεχόμενου νερού που με τη σημερινή λειτουργία του δικτύου δεν εξασφαλίζεται. Το σύστημα περιλαμβάνει έναν Κεντρικό Σταθμό Ελέγχου (ΚΣΕ) που θα συλλέγει και θα επεξεργάζεται δεδομένα από τους εννιά Τοπικούς Σταθμούς Ελέγχου (ΤΣΕ) και τους πέντε Τοπικούς Σταθμούς Διαχείρισης Πίεση (ΣΠΔ).
