Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η κατασκευή νέου Βρεφονηπιακού Σταθμού Ολοκληρωμένης Φροντίδας στην περιοχή Ρουπάκι (O.T. Ρ17) του Δήμου Ασπροπύργου, σε οικόπεδο του Δήμου με συνολική επιφάνεια 1.400 τ.μ. περίπου. Η κύρια πρόσβαση στον βρεφονηπιακό σταθμό θα γίνεται από την δυτική πλευρά μέσω του αδιάνοικτου πεζόδρομου για την εξασφάλιση μεγαλύτερης ασφάλειας για τους χρήστες. Στην είσοδο αυτή έχουν προβλεφθεί και οι κατάλληλες κλίσεις για την πρόσβαση ατόμων με κινητικές δυσκολίες. Στην ανατολική πλευρά θα δημιουργηθεί μία δευτερεύουσα είσοδος με τη δυνατότητα προσέγγισης οχημάτων τροφοδοσίας καθώς και οχημάτων έκτακτης ανάγκης (ασθενοφόρο, πυροσβεστικό). Τέλος μία μικρή είσοδος θα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της βόρειας πλευράς για την αποκομιδή των ακαθάρτων καθώς και για την ανεξάρτητη πρόσβαση τεχνικού για την συντήρηση των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων. Στη βόρεια πλευρά θα χωροθετηθούν οι απαραίτητες θέσεις στάθμευσης για τη λειτουργία του βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού. Το κτήριο οργανώνεται σε 4 επί μέρους ενότητες. Οι επιμέρους χώροι που απαρτίζουν τις ενότητες είναι:- Ο κεντρικός διάδρομος, ο οποίος θα διαπερνά όλο το κτίριο συνδέοντας τις δύο εισόδους κύρια και βοηθητική, προσφέροντας πρόσβαση στο σύνολο των χώρων του βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού - Οι διδακτικές ενότητες τοποθετούνται νοτίως του διαδρόμου και θα έχουν όλες απ ευθείας πρόσβαση στην νότια αυλή. Αυτές οι ενότητες είναι οι εξής: α. Ενότητα βρεφών: Σε αυτή την ενότητα θα βρίσκονται 2 αίθουσες φιλοξενίας βρεφών (αίθουσα απασχόλησης και αίθουσα ύπνου βρεφών) καθώς και οι βοηθητικοί χώροι λειτουργίας (χώρος παρασκευής γάλακτος και χώρος αλλαγών λουτρού βρεφών). γ. Ενότητες νηπίων: Εδώ θα βρίσκονται δύο μεγάλες αίθουσες απασχόλησης νηπίων με πρόσβαση από κάθετο διάδρομο και δυνατότητα ενοποίησης σε περιπτώσεις κοινών δραστηριοτήτων. δ. Ενότητα νηπίων με αναπηρία: Εδώ θα βρίσκεται μία επιπλέον ενότητα απασχόλησης νηπίων με αναπηρία καθώς και βοηθητικοί χώροι όπως WC προσωπικού και κοινού καθώς και μία μικρή αποθήκη.- Διοικητικές και συμπληρωματικές λειτουργίες βόρεια του κεντρικού διαδρόμου. Συγκεκριμένα εδώ θα κατασκευαστούν το γραφείο διεύθυνσης, η μόνωση (χώρος παραμονής ασθενών παιδιών), χώρος προσωπικού, ένα γραφείο πολλαπλών χρήσεων, πλυντήριο στεγνωτήριο, χώρος ακαθάρτων και ειδών καθαριότητας, η κουζίνα, πρόσβαση στο δώμα, χώρος WC / λουτρού νηπίων, χώρος WC ΑΜΕΑ, αίθουσα ύπνου νηπίων με αναπηρία και αίθουσα ύπνου νηπίων. Μπροστά από τις αίθουσες απασχόλησης θα διαμορφωθεί ο αύλειος χώρος υπαίθριων δραστηριοτήτων των παιδιών, ο οποίος θα είναι σε ένα ενιαίο επίπεδο χωρίς σκαλιά που μπορούν να δυσκολέψουν το παιδικό παιχνίδι και ορίζεται από τις εισόδους ανατολικά και δυτικά του κτιρίου και τη νότια περίφραξη. The object of the project is the construction of a new Integrated Care Baby Station in the rupaki area (O.T. P17) of the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, on a plot of the Municipality with a total surface of about 1,400 sq.m. The main access to the nursery will be from the west side through the unopened pedestrian street to ensure greater safety for users. At this entrance, suitable gradients for the access of people with disabilities have been provided. On the east side there will be a secondary entrance with the possibility of approaching supply vehicles as well as emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire truck). Finally, a small entrance will be located in the centre of the north side for the collection of dirt and for independent technical access for the maintenance of electromechanical installations. On the north side will be seated the necessary parking spaces for the operation of the nursery. The building is organised into 4 sub-sections. The individual spaces that make up the sections are:- The main corridor, which will pass through the entire building connecting the two main and auxiliary entrances, offering access to all the nursery areas – The modules are located south of the corridor and will all have direct access to the south courtyard. These sections are as follows: A. Infants module: In this section there will be 2 nursery rooms (employment room and baby sleeping room) as well as the auxiliary operating areas (milk preparation area and baby bath change area). c. There will be two large nursery rooms with access from a vertical corridor and the possibility of integration in cases of joint activities. d. Disabled infants’ unit: There will be an additional employment module for children with disabilities as well as auxiliary spaces such as staff and public WC as well as a small warehouse.- Administrative and supplementary operations north of the central corridor. Specifically, the management office, the insulation (patients’ accommodation area), staff space, a multi-purpose office, dryer, unclean and cleaning facilities, kitchen, access to the room, WC/bathroom, WC with disabilities, a sleeping room for infants with disabilities and a sleeping room for infants will be constructed here. In front of the workrooms the children’s outdoor activities area will be formed, which will be on a single level without stairs that can make children’s toy difficult and defined by the entrances east and west of the building and the southern enclosure.
