Το έργο στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη ομάδων του πληθυσμού που πλήττονται ή απειλούνται από τη φτώχεια και τον κοινωνικό αποκλεισμό μέσω ενός πλέγματος παροχής κοινωνικών υπηρεσιών στο Δήμο Νίκαιας- Αγ. Ι. Ρέντη. Ειδικότερα στοχεύει: - στην ενδυνάμωση και κοινωνική ενσωμάτωση των ευπαθών κοινωνικά ομάδων και ειδικότερα των αστέγων και των ευρισκόμενων σε κατάσταση φτώχειας ατόμων μέσα από ενέργειες ψυχοκοινωνικής υποστήριξης και πληροφόρησης, οι οποίες θα παρέχονται από τις Κοινωνικές Δομές που θα λειτουργήσουν στο πλαίσιο του έργου. - στην αντιμετώπιση του φαινομένου της φτώχειας και του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού για μεγάλο μέρος του πληθυσμού που έχει πληγεί από την οικονομική κρίση.
