Η πράξη αφορά σε παρεμβάσεις σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους της πόλης της Καρδίτσας με στόχο την ανάδειξη των γειτονιών και τη βελτίωση της λειτουργικότητας και της αισθητικής στο σύνολο των δημοσίων χώρων.Οι χώροι παρέμβασης που έχουν επιλεχθεί για συνολική ανάπλαση είναι:1. Η πλατεία στα Καροπλεσίτικα (Ο.Τ.582) με έκταση 1.610 τ.μ.2. Η πλατεία στη Σκυλοσόφου (Ο.Τ.562) με έκταση 1.660 τ.μ.3. Η πλατεία στα εργατικά του Αγίου Φανουρίου με έκταση 2.450 τ.μΜικρές παρεμβάσεις σε κοινόχρηστους χώρους στο σύνολο της πόλης, με αντικατάσταση αστικού εξοπλισμού και φωτισμού θα γίνουν στις παρακάτω πλατείες:4.
