Το έργο αφορά σε κατασκευή κτιριακού συγκροτήματος εντός γηπέδου 15.039,71 μ2 με επτά κατοικίες των τεσσάρων ατόμων έκαστη, εκ των οποίων η μία θα χρησιμοποιηθεί για βραχεία παραμονή ατόμων με αναπηρία και ενός κοινόχρηστου κτηρίου το οποιο θα λειτουργει ως κέντο ημερήσιας φροντίδας,απασχόλησης και ψυχαγωγίας για τους ενοίκους και εξωτερικα άτομα με αναπηρία. Το κτηριακό συγκρότημα ειναι σύμφωνο με τις προδιαγραφές της σχετικής Υπουργικής απόφασης για την υποστηριζόμενη διαβίωση και θα φιλοξενει ΑμεΑ με νοητική υστέρηση.Η κάθε μια από τις 7 επτά ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες έχει εμβαδό 216,59 μ2 και τρείς από αυτές έχουν και υπόγειο χώρο εμβαδού 216,59 μ2, ο οποίος περιλαμβάνει λεβητοστάσιο και βοηθητικούς χώρους.Ολοι οι κυριοι χώροι θα είναι ισόγειοι και κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένοι για άτομα με αναπηρία.Ο περιβάλλον χώρος θα δεντροφυτευθεί και θα διαμορφωθεί έτσι ώστε να ευνοεί υπαίθριες δραστηριότητες των ενοίκων, χώρο αθλοπαιδιών και χώρους υπαίθριας απασχόλησης και αναψυχής.
