Having integrated the design of the proposed C/C in its broader Development Plan, and taking advantage of the planned promotion and marketing practices, the company aims to improve its competitive position and increase its extroversion. In order to diversify it, the company has designed innovative marketing and promotion actions within the framework of this R/C. By implementing the actions of the promotion mix that it has chosen to implement under equity, it will upgrade its image and achieve better results in its business processes of promotion and promotion of new and existing products/services in an innovative way. More specifically, promotion actions will include:1. Targeted Advertising Actions, mainly Online Campaign via Google ads in order to target the desired audience. This action, which will run alongside the present investment, will enable the company to approach the desired opinion leader-user in all possible means, contributing to the increase of Sales in a relatively short period of time. At the same time, it will proceed with promotional actions in electronic networking media (facebook/instagram ads), aiming to enhance its visibility and networking in the domestic and international market. In this way, the company will approach its potential customers/visitors of the exhibition, based on a variety of specialised features, such as: Country, city, region, gender, age, interests and much more.2. With the design of a new website, it will approach new markets, easier and more efficiently, achieving expansion of its activities and economies of scale and will stimulate its extroversion.All the promotion and communication promotion actions will satisfy the communication strategy, as provided by the integrated Marketing Plan implemented by the Marketing Department of the company. Through this study, the company will shape an overall picture of its customers and competitors in Greek and foreign markets, and will identify the best prospects that are being developed, based on its position in the market. It will form a framework for communication with its existing customers and attract new customers from the new target markets. The practice and the Marketing policy chosen by the company will contribute significantly to the enhancement of its extroversion and its future sustainability and will form the basis on which the communication policy of its participation in these important international exhibitions will be designed in individual features. At the same time with these actions, the company has also planned the implementation of support actions, mainly below-the-line actions, emphasising public relations and personal sales. Overall, the planned actions are part of the company’s overall development planning and constitute a strategy for diversification of its products, which is expected to increase their perceived value to customers and improve its competitive position.     Έχοντας εντάξει το σχεδιασμό του προτεινόμενου Ε/Σ στο ευρύτερο Αναπτυξιακό της Πλάνο, και αξιοποιώντας τις σχεδιαζόμενες ενέργειες προώθησης και τις πρακτικές marketing, η επιχείρηση αποσκοπεί να βελτιώσει την ανταγωνιστική της θέση και να αυξήσει την εξωστρέφειά της. Με στόχο τη διαφοροποίησή της, η επιχείρηση στο πλαίσιο του παρόντος Ε/Σ έχει σχεδιάσει καινοτομικές δράσεις marketing και προβολής. Με την υλοποίηση των δράσεων του μείγματος προώθησης που έχει επιλέξει να υλοποιήσει με ιδία κεφάλαια, θα αναβαθμίσει την εικόνα της και θα πετύχει καλύτερα αποτελέσματα στις επιχειρηματικές της διαδικασίες προβολής και προώθησης νέων και υφιστάμενων προϊόντων/υπηρεσιών με καινοτομικό τρόπο. Πιο συγκεκριμένα οι ενέργειες προώθησης θα περιλαμβάνουν:1. Στοχευμένες Διαφημιστικές Ενέργειες, κυρίως Online Campaign μέσω Google ads προκειμένου να στοχευθεί το επιθυμητό κοινό. Η δράση αυτή που θα τρέξει παράλληλα με την παρούσα επένδυση, θα δώσει τη δυνατότητα στην επιχείρηση να προσεγγίσει τον επιθυμητό opinion leader-χρήστη σε όλα τα πιθανά μέσα, συμβάλλοντας στην αύξηση των Πωλήσεων σε σχετικά μικρό χρονικό διάστημα. Παράλληλα θα προχωρήσει και σε δράσεις Προβολής σε ηλεκτρονικά μέσα δικτύωσης (facebook/instagram ads), με στόχο την ενίσχυση της προβολής και δικτύωσής της στην εγχώρια και διεθνή αγορά. Η επιχείρηση, με αυτόν το τρόπο, θα προσεγγίσει τους δυνητικούς της πελάτες/επισκέπτες της έκθεσης, βάσει μιας πληθώρας εξειδικευμένων χαρακτηριστικών, όπως: χώρα, πόλη, περιοχή, φύλο, ηλικία, ενδιαφέροντα και πολλά άλλα.2. Με το Σχεδιασμό ενός νέου διαδικτυακού τόπου, θα προσεγγίσει νέες αγορές, ευκολότερα και αποτελεσματικότερα, επιτυγχάνοντας διεύρυνση των δραστηριοτήτων της και οικονομίες κλίμακος και θα τονώσει την εξωστρέφεια της.Το σύνολο των δράσεων Προβολής και Επικοινωνιακής Προώθησης θα ικανοποιούν την επικοινωνιακή στρατηγική, όπως προβλέπεται από το ολοκληρωμένο Marketing Plan που υλοποιεί το Τμήμα Marketing της εταιρίας. Μέσω της μελέτης αυτής, η επιχείρηση θα διαμορφώσει μια συνολική εικόνα των πελατών και των ανταγωνιστών της στις Ελληνικές και ξένες αγορές, και θα εντοπίσει τις βέλτιστες προοπτικές πoυ διαμορφώνονται, με βάση τη θέση της στην αγορά. Θα διαμορφώσει ένα πλαίσιο επικοινωνίας με τους υπάρχοντες πελάτες της, ενώ θα προσελκύσει και νέους πελάτες από τις νέες αγορές στόχους. Η πρακτική και η πολιτική Μαρκετινγκ που θα επιλέξει η επιχείρηση, θα συμβάλλει σημαντικά στην ενίσχυση της εξωστρέφειάς της και στη μελλοντική βιωσιμότητά της και θα αποτελέσει τη βάση, πάνω στην οποία θα σχεδιαστεί σε επιμέρους χαρακτηριστικά η επικοινωνιακή πολιτική της συμμετοχής της στις σημαντικές αυτές διεθνείς εκθέσεις.
