Grupa docelowa(GD)proj.to 30 UP(21 k) - osób niesamodzielnych powyżej 60 roku życia w przypadku kobiet i 65 roku życia w przypadku mężczyzn (osoby,które ze względu na podeszły wiek,stan zdr.lub niepełn.wymaga opieki lub pomocy w zaspokajaniu niezbędnych potrzeb życiowych),zagroż.ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,będące(w rozum.KC.)mieszkańcami Gminy Jeżowe (Woj. Podkarp.). ZADANIA 1. Adaptacja i zakupy wyposażenia Domu Dziennej Pomocy w Gminie Jeżowe 2.
