Uspostavljanje sustava e-Poslovanje doprinosi smanjenju administrativnog tereta za poslovne subjekte, olakšava njihovu komunikaciju s javnom upravom, postižu se financijske i vremenske uštede za poslovne subjekte, povećava se dostupnost samih usluga (e-usluge dostupne svima pod jednakim uvjetima, bez obzira na lokaciju poslovanja), a ujedno i doprinosi poboljšanju ekonomičnosti i efikasnosti javne uprave te jačanju kapaciteta službenika i zaposlenika. The establishment of the e-Business system helps to reduce the administrative burden for businesses, facilitates their communication with public administration, leads to financial and temporal savings for businesses, increases the availability of services themselves (e-services are accessible to all under equal conditions, regardless of location of business), but also helps to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency of public administration and to strengthen the capacity of civil servants and employees.
