Opći cilj projekta "Poboljšanje konkurentnosti tvrtke Euroart 93 uvođenjem IKT rješenja za optimizaciju poslovnih procesa" je povećati konkurentnosti tvrtke Euroart 93 kroz uvođenje novih IKT rješenja koji će utjecati na unapređenje poslovnih procesa i dugoročnu održivost tvrtke na nacionalnom i međunarodnom tržištu. Provedba projekta dovest će do povećanja udjela na nacionalnom i međunarodnom tržištu što će utjecati na povećanje prihoda od prodaje za 12% te zapošljavanja 1 nove osobe. Provedbom projekta unaprijedit će se sljedeći poslovni procesi: upravljanje ljudskim resursima, logistika, marketing, prodaja, strateško planiranje te komunikacija s klijentima. Trajanje projekta je 12 mjeseci, a ukupna vrijednost projekta je 675.052,00 HRK. (Croatian)

The overall objective of the project ‘Improving the competitiveness of Euroart 93 by introducing ICT solutions to optimise business processes’ is to improve the competitiveness of Euroart 93 through the introduction of new ICT solutions that will have an impact on the improvement of business processes and the long-term viability of the company in both national and international markets. The implementation of the project will lead to an increase in the share of the national and international market, which will have an impact on the 12 % increase in sales revenue and the hiring of 1 new persons. The following business processes will be enhanced through the implementation of the project: human resources management, logistics, marketing, sales, strategic planning and communication with clients. The project has a duration of 12 months and the total value of the project is HRK 675.052,00. (English)
