The House of Culture building is a stand-alone rectangular non-residential building with a shape, built in 1980, and does not currently meet modern standards for energy savings and energy efficiency. The project provides for construction works to reduce useful heat for heating (Qhnd) by 187 175.94 kWh/a (83.73 %) through three building and electrical engineering measures, while primary energy will decrease by 360 099.56 kWh/a (88.11 %) and annual CO2 emissions of 72 545.1 kg (90.05 %). The complete building will move from the energy class E after renovation to energy class B. (English)
