Genom att utveckla utbudet och servicen av kommunala e-tjänster för medborgare och företag kan man öka kommuners tillväxt, attraktivitet och tillgänglighet. Projektets aktiviteter ska finna förbättringspotentialen i den kommunala e-servicen och sedan utveckla den, både genom att utöka tjänsterna till att omfatta fler tjänster, men också genom automatisering som gör systemen mer självkontrollerande och minimerar den kommunala handläggningen. E-tjänsterna tas fram och utvecklas av upphandlade konsulter och implementeras senare i den kommunala verksamheten. Projektets övergripande mål är att: - Öka attraktiviteten så att folk trivs bättre där de redan bor, samt att öka inflyttning av såväl nya människor som företag. - Att helt eller delvis automatisera ärendeprocesser samt bidra till lärande och erfarenheter för fortsatt arbete med automatisering - Samtliga ingående kommuner i projektet har utvecklat och ökat tillgången till e-tjänster så att servicen för medborgare och företag förstärkts. By developing the offering and services of municipal e-services for citizens and businesses, it is possible to increase the growth, attractiveness and accessibility of municipalities. The project’s activities will find the potential for improvement in the municipal e-service and then develop it, both by expanding the services to include more services, but also through automation that makes the systems more self-control and minimises municipal management. E-services are developed and developed by procured consultants and implemented later in municipal operations. The overall goal of the project is to: “Increase the attractiveness so that people thrive better where they already live, and to increase the migration of new people as well as companies. — To fully or partially automate case processes and contribute to learning and experiences for continued work with automation – All the municipalities involved in the project have developed and increased access to e-services so that services for citizens and companies are strengthened.
