Celem realizowanego projektu partnerskiego, jest wprowadzenie firmy ZOO Karina na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny, poprzez zakup implementację nowoczesnego oprogramowania sprzedażowo-magazynowego, oraz utworzenie platformy internetowej i włączenie w jej funkcjonowanie wybranych dostawców, dzięki czemu utworzony zostanie innowaycjny proces sprzedaży i dostawy towarów. Możliwe to będzie dzięki sieciowemu powiązaniu z Partnerami. Jednocześnie podjęcie współpracy z firmą GOYELLO wprowadzi firmę na rynek zagraniczny, a wprowadzanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań informatycznych będzie wspierać ten proces, szczególnie w zakresie logistyki. W wyniku audytów zewnętrznych, firma określiła swoje słabe strony, które tworząc tzw. wąskie gardła uniemożliwiają rozwój firmy. Składają się na nie ograniczenia, zarówno w obrębie firmy jak i relacji z partnerami biznesowymi (dostawcami) Suma przeprowadzonych działań (realizacja projektu) powiąże firmę ZOO Karina z dostawcami, co umożliwi ekspansje na rynek krajowy.
