Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa innowacyjnego Domu Seniora. Projekt zakłada realizacje celu głównego jakim jest podniesienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa. Osiągnięty zostanie on w wyniku realizacji celu szczegółowego, a mianowicie stworzenia innowacyjnego miejsca w którym świadczone będą całodobowe usługi z zakresu opieki nad osobami starszymi. Placówka ta charakteryzować będzie się domową atmosferą, szerokim zakresem zabiegów rehabilitacyjnych oraz bogatym wachlarzem terapii aktywizacyjnych i specjalistycznych. W związku z czym powstanie miejsce, które w sposób kompleksowy otoczy opieką swoich podopiecznych oraz zapewni im godziwe życie. (Polish)
