The project is aimed at a group of 84 unemployed people registered in the district of former town, Chojnicki, człłuchowski and ancient town. The main objective of the project is to activate a job and increase the mobility of 84 UP (61K) and to return them permanently to the labour market. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Upgrading 42K (25K) professional qualifications through courses and professional training. 2. Strengthen the motivation to change the situation of a 84UP (61K) player by including active job search workshops. 3. Acquisition of a professional experience by 65-UP (37K) through the organisation and participation in 4 monthly professional traineeships. 4. An increase in the skills of informed career planning of 84 UP (61K) through their individual placement through work and advisory support. 5. Professional activation of at least 45 % of project participants. Actions: 1. Diagnosis of the (deep) participants in the project and IPD; 2. Preparing and carrying out active job search training and the acquisition of key competences and encouraging professional geographical mobility; 3. Job placement 4. Advisory support, including tutoring/coaching 5. Training and vocational courses 6. Activities related to professional traineeships and employment of project participants. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 84 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych z powiatów bytowskiego, chojnickiego, człuchowskiego i starogardzkiego. Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i wzrost mobilności zawodowej 84 UP (61K) oraz przywrócenie ich na stałe na rynek pracy. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: 1. Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 42UP(25K) poprzez objęcie ich kursami i szkoleniami zawodowymi. 2. Wzmocnienie motywacji do zmiany sytuacji zawod.84UP(61K) poprzez objęcie warsztatami aktywnego poszukiwania pracy. 3. Nabycie doświad. zawod. przez 65UP(37K) poprzez organizację i udział w 4 miesięcznych stażach zawodowych. 4. Wzrost umiejętności świadomego planowania własnej ścieżki zawodowej 84 UP (61K) poprzez objęcie ich indywidualnym pośrednictwem pracy i wsparciem doradczym. 5. Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 45% uczestników projektu. Działania: 1. Diagnoza (pogłębiona) uczestników projektu i IPD; 2. Przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych oraz zachęcających do zawodowej mobilności geograficznej; 3. Pośrednictwo pracy 4. Wsparcie doradcze, w tym tutoring/mentoring/coaching 5. Szkolenia i kursy zawodowe 6. Działania związane ze stażami zawodowymi i zatrudnieniem uczestników projektu.
