The main aim of the project is to increase the number of permanent social services and to facilitate access to quality social services through the implementation of a comprehensive programme for their development in the district of the district. The programme will cover 68 people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion, 37 women and 31 men, including at least 10 (6 women and 4 men) with disabilities. emergence of “de-institutionalised” development initiatives, personalised forms of support, the development of modern social and social services, an increase in social activity levels, integration and support for families, the organisation of intergenerational activities, psychological and therapeutic assistance to addicts, the development of support for dependent people, the empowerment and growth of family care. The objectives of the project will be pursued through: an incentive workshop, an assistant to independent persons, therapeutic workshops, psychological counselling, cultural and recreational activities, subjects, workshops, training courses, vocational courses, treatment, telecare, meetings in after-school sociotherapeutic facilities, workshops of parental skills, activities in daily support services, specialists in the field, care activities, personal support, professional and legal support, additional activities for children and young people. The results of the project are: at least 28 sustainable social services, 68 social and employment services, 15 jobseekers, education or training, gaining a qualification, employment, and an employment/employment rate ratio of 80 %. The project will be implemented in a local government partnership with NGOs, which will contribute to the achievement of all project results. The project will lead to an increase in the number of sustainable, accessible and perceived social service places based on local needs. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie liczby trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych oraz ułatwienie dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych poprzez wdrożenie kompleksowego programu ich rozwoju na terenie powiatu wejherowskiego. Programem zostanie objętych 68 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., 37 kobiet i 31 mężczyzn, w tym co najmniej 10(6 kobiet i 4 mężczyzn)osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Cele szczegółowe projektu to: powstawanie inicjatyw w zakresie rozwoju zdeinstytucjonalizowanych, spersonalizowanych form wsparcia, rozwój nowoczesnych usług społ., podniesienie poziomu aktywności społeczno-zawodowej,integracja i wspieranie rodzin,organizacja zajęć międzypokoleniowych, pomoc psychologiczno-terapeutyczna dla osób uzależnionych, rozwijanie miejsc wsparcia społ., usamodzielnianie i wzrost wydolności opiekuńczej rodzin. Cele projektu będą realizowane poprzez: warsztaty motywacyjne, asystenturę osób usamodzielnianych, warsztaty terapeutyczne, poradnictwo psychologiczne, zajęcia kulturalno-rekreacyjne, pracownie tematyczne, szkolenia, kursy zawodowe, terapię, teleopiekę, spotkania w świetlicach socjoterapeutycznych, warsztaty umiejętności rodzicielskich, zajęcia w placówce wsparcia dziennego, dyżury specjalistów, zajęcia opiekuńcze, indywidualne wsparcie psych., zawodowe i prawne, zajęcia dodatkowe dla dzieci i młodzieży. Rezultaty projektu to: co najmniej 28 wspartych trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społ., 68 osób objętych usługami społ., 15 osób poszukujących pracy, uczestniczących w kształceniu lub szkoleniu, zdobywających kwalifikacje, pracujących oraz wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 80%. Projekt realizowany będzie w partnerstwie jednostek samorządu terytorialnego z organizacjami pozarządowymi, które przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wszystkich rezultatów projektu. Efektem projektu będzie wzrost liczby trwałych, dostępnych i pozytywnie postrzeganych miejsc świadczenia usług społ. wynikających z lokalnych potrzeb. (Polish)
