Lucrari specifice aplicate izolatiei termice a anvelopei cladirilor spitalului (pereti exteriori, ferestre, tamplarie, planseu peste ultimul nivel planseu peste subsol, etc), a sarpantelor si invelitorilor inclusiv lucrari de finisaje, prin instalarea unui sistem de ventilare mecanica modern cu recuperarea energiei, prin inlocuirea instalatiilor pentru prepararea, distributia si utilizarea agentului termic pentru incalzire si pentru apa calda, instalarea de robineti monobloc cu senzor, inlocuirea corpurilor de iluminat fluorescent cu corpuri de iluminat cu eficienta energetica ridicata si durata mare de viata - corpuri de tip LED, respectiv prin inlocuirea a 3 lifturi mari consumatoare de energie cu altele noi, menite sa reduca pierderile de energie electrica.
